Die bitop Animal Health & Care wurde 2018 als Tochtergesellschaft der bitop AG gegründet. In kürzester Zeit ist unsere Brand bitopEQUI® zu einem Synonym für die Lungengesundheit von Pferden geworden. Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

Du entwickelst crossmediale Strategien und Konzepte, die dazu führen, dass unsere Zielgruppe - Besitzer von Pferden mit chronischen Atembeschwerden - mit den passenden Geschichten und Inhalten angesprochen werden. Du erarbeitest die Inhalte und verbreitest diese auf unterschiedlichen Kanälen. Dabei bedienst Du Dich verschiedener Tools und Formate wie Video- und Fotografie, Texten und Storytelling, Audio und Podcasts. Du beherrschst SEO & SEA und entwickelst selbstständig eine passende Content-Strategie in Abstimmung mit unserem Sales Team.

Du entwickelst und implementierst unsere Marketingstrategie und sorgst durch die Optimierung und den Ausbau unserer Kommunikationsmaßnahmen für eine Stärkung unserer Marke und unseres Abverkaufs
Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Produktentwicklung sowie das Verpackungsdesign und arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb und E-Commerce zusammen
Du beteiligst dich am Auf- und Ausbau von Kooperationsprojekten mit branchenrelevanten Unternehmen
Du verantwortest die Planung und Erstellung zielgruppenorientierter und kanalübergreifender Content- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
Du optimierst unsere Social-Media-Strategie und organisierst die Konzeption und Redaktion sämtlicher Beiträge auf den relevanten Kanälen sowie das Kampagnen-Management und Controlling
Du betreust unsere Social Media Kanäle (Community Management & Kundenservice) und managst den Bereich des Influencer Marketings und sonstiger Kooperationen
Du kümmerst Dich um unsere Social & Google Ads
Du planst und betreust Messen und andere Veranstaltungen
Du bist für die inhaltliche und grafische Gestaltung von Werbemitteln (Flyer, Zeitschriften, Werbegeschenke) verantwortlich

Was Sie ausmacht

Du verfügst bereits über erste Arbeitserfahrungen im Bereich D2C Marketing und bringst ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für die entsprechenden Marktmechaniken mit
Du bist sehr geübt im Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Ilustrator, InDesign etc.) und den gängigen Office-Anwendungen
Deine Sprachkenntnisse sind essenziell: Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und fließendes Englisch werden vorausgesetzt
Du bist teamfähig und bringst ein hohes Maß an Kreativität und Einsatzbereitschaft mit
Du besitzt konzeptionelle Stärke und Sicherheit in allen Textdisziplinen und arbeitest dabei strukturiert und mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch
Eine selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise ist Dir sehr wichtig
Du zeichnest Dich durch freundliches Auftreten aus und findest zu Problemen schnell eine passende Lösung
Du besitzt herausragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein absolut kundenorientiertes Mindset mit viel Empathie

Your mission with us

You develop cross-media strategies and concepts to engage our target audience - horse owners with chronic respiratory conditions - with fitting stories and content. You create content and spread it through various channels, utilizing different tools and formats such as video and photography, text and storytelling, audio and podcasts. You master SEO & SEA and independently develop a suitable content strategy in coordination with our sales team.

You develop and implement our marketing strategy, optimizing and expanding our communication efforts to strengthen our brand and sales
You're jointly responsible for our product development and packaging design, collaborating closely with sales and e-commerce
You'll be involved in setting up and expanding cooperation projects with industry-relevant companies
You're responsible for planning and creating target group-oriented cross-channel content and comunication measures
You optimize our social media strategy and organize the conception and editing of all posts on the relevant channels as well as campaign management and controlling
You're in charge of our social media channels (community management & customer service) and manage influencer marketing and other collaborations
You handle our Social & Google Ads
You plan and manage fairs and other events
You're responsible for the content and graphic design of promotional materials (flyers, magazines, promotional gifts)

What makes you special

You already have initial work experience in D2C marketing and possess a strong understanding of corresponding market mechanisms
You're highly proficient in using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and common office applications
Your language skills are essential: German at a native level and fluent English are required
You're a team player and bring a high level of creativity and dedication
You have strong conceptual skills and are confident in all forms of textual disciplines, working in a structured manner with high quality standards
An independent and goal-oriented work style is crucial for you
